Features

  • A white solventless acrylic UV cured adhesive core that is coated with a high tack Low Surface Energy solvent acrylic adhesive on both sides with a thermal range –30º to 90ºC
  • The white solventless core contains glass microspheres that enhance the product’s Internal strength
  • Green PE Filmic Release liner
  • RoHS compliant technology, ask for Certification

Benefits

  • Excellent durability means they can be used to create long-term structural bonds
  • Outer adhesive layer enhances the initial tack of the product and facilitates wet-out. The WL adhesive system was developed for bonding to LSE materials such as certain plastics, powder  coats and the like. It provides as good a bond as the firmer adhesives just with a slightly lower thermal range
  • Good thermal range, to 90ºC and weather resistant bond
  • Quick and easy to use as the adhesive amount is controlled and consistent, unlike a wet adhesive and no need for drills and screws/bolts/rivets if mechanically fastening
  • Great aesthetic results
